Dilation of renal pelvis

There is moderate dilatation of the left renal pelvis and left calyces which has been attributed to a previously demonstrated renal calculus

The dense contrast within the left pelvicalyceal system however obscures this left sided calculus.

Adult Polycystic Kidney Disease

Large polycystic kidneys with multiple cysts bilaterally. Several of the cysts have high attenuation, suggestive of previous haemorrhage

Kartagener\'s Syndrome

Situs inversus (right sided cardiac apex and right sided stomach bubble) with lower lobe ring shadows consistent with bronchiectasis. There is also bilateral hilar enlargement.

Kartagener\'s Syndrome

Axial CT slice shows situs inversus - liver on the left and spleen/stomach bubble on the right. Also note transposition of the normal positions of the IVC and aorta.
